Good Maintenance can Prolong the Service Life of Kids Amusement Rides

Kids playground rides always have a limited service life. Relative department in China also has regulation to confine them a service life of around 8 years. According to the normal situation, a set of amusement ride should be replaced by new ones after about 8 years’ use. But if the ride has a strong capacity of profitability, we should know how to lengthen its service life in order to reduce our investment cost. So, how can we do it?

In the first place, before the operation of amusement rides, we must have the operators trained, which can avoid wear and tear of the rides caused by improper operations to a large extent. On the other hand, we should do regular inspection and maintenance to our sides. If some problems appear, we can timely solve them to prevent more abrasions, even major accidents.

Amusement rides belong to mechanical equipment. So we should not let them expose to the sun in summer, or get wet by rain on rainy days, because the circuit can be affected to disturb the normal use of the rides.

In the end, it concerns with operational issue. After a period of operation, we should give some time to make the rides have a rest. And we cannot strengthen their working intensity as well.
